Cannot we imagine that Koha::EDI deals with this specific situation? (UPDATE the action_log with the desire action)
Sorry, I'm not 100% understanding. Are you suggesting that I drop the flag in the call to CloseBasket from Koha/EDI.pm (and consequently also remove it from the CloseBasket definition).
