Patches rebased using the auto-rebase script. Please retest.

Have retested. Step 4 of my testing notes in comment #51 no longer seems to work: 4. Run the script with one or more --skip* options: misc/maintenance/search_for_data_inconsistencies.pl --skip-status ==> It should skip the checks specified. It just outputs the help. It was a while ago since I last tested, so not sure whether it is supposed to do that or not.
