For example, many libraries have refund policies like "Replacement cost will be refunded to patron who returns a lost book that they paid for within one year." Ideally, this would be a setting that would warn/block when a refund is being issued for an item beyond the refund expiration date. So, if the libraries policy is like above, the refund limit would be set to 365 day/1 year.
