I'm getting an error when I try to place an item-level hold:

Undefined subroutine &CGI::Compile::ROOT::home_vagrant_kohaclone_reserve_placerequest_2epl:: canItemBeReserved called at /home/vagrant/kohaclone/reserve/placerequest.pl line 100
