Set IntranetReadingHistoryHolds to 'Allow'. 2. Place a item level hold for a user on an item that has a call number. 3. Go to the 'Holds history' tab on the patron's account. 4. Notice the call number 5. Place a bib level hold. There will be no call number. 6.
