In the serials module, when I click on "recherche d'un fournisseur" (Search for a vendor) or on "Créer une notice" (create record), nothing happens: the pop-up doesn't appear. It's impossible to create a new serial. There is no problem when I work in the english interface. The bug appears only in the french one. Steps to reproduce: 1. Work in the french version 2.
