The screen blinks/flickers briefly, but no PDF download or window opens. Environment: - Interface: Staff Interface - Module: Cataloging > Manage Staged MARC Records Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to Cataloging > Stage MARC records for import and stage a file. 2. In Manage Staged MARC Records, process the batch to create item records. 3. Click 'Create label batch' directly from the staged records interface. Observed Result: The page flickers/flashes once, but no export window opens, and no PDF/CSV file is downloaded. Expected Result: The export modal should open reliably and allow downloading the generated PDF file.
