Looking here:

1) LostItem has no POD whatsoever, could we fix that?

On a separate bug report please, we are outside the scope of the bug fix since a long time already...

2) Is this line correct? +LostItem($itemnumber, 'updateitem') if $itemlost; updateitem is not listed in the preference.
