Render its payload text instead (the item type's configured checkin message), matching what the legacy returns.pl dialog shows in its dedicated box. Test plan: 1. Apply patch, yarn build 2. Set a checkin message on an item type; check in such an item => SUCCESS: the modal shows the actual checkin message text 3.
