If it's mandrake 9.1, then I've an idea... It seems to be not a Koha bug but an Apache/Perl one. Let me explain : for a reason I don't understand, when a bug or a warn occurs in a .pm (MARC::Record, Net-z3950 or so), Apache/perl enters an "infinite" loop : the error log shows nothing for 2-3 minuts, then the script is ended by the apache timeout limit. And 5-7 minuts after, the log is filled with many lines, reporting the "warning" or the "error" in the .pm. It seems strange, but, i've exactly the same problem on 9.1 switching back to 9.0 solves the problem !!! (note : this may occur because of Apache 2.0.44 coz mdk9.0 uses apache 1.3.x) PS : I reported the problem to the httpd ml, but had no interesting answers. I've open a bug at mandrake forums too, without success at the moment. If someone is a apache specialist, feel free to harass httpd developers :-) ... ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the QA contact for the bug, or are watching the QA contact.
