I think updatedatabase.pl needs an update. The web installer isn't being triggered after applying the patches.

The web installer won't be triggered after applying patches unless kohaversion.pl is changed, which doesn't happen until the RM pushes the patch. In cases like this, you have to run updatedatabase.pl manually, unfortunately. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
