If UseRecalls is enabled and the item has a recall in transit, the recall transfer is also reverted. Throws Koha::Exceptions::MissingParameter if the checkin has no transfer_id. No fuzzy fallbacks. Test plan: 1. Apply patch 2. Run: $ ktd --shell k$ prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Checkin.t => SUCCESS: Tests pass 3. Tests cover: - cancel_transfer cancels the transfer (datecancelled set) - transfer_id cleared on the checkin - cancel_transfer without transfer_id (throws MissingParameter) 4.
