https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=21298 Bug ID: 21298 Summary: Reopening a basket, the dates reset for date ordered and thus affect the late orders report Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: 17.11 Hardware: Macintosh OS: Mac OS Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Acquisitions Assignee: koha-bugs@lists.koha-community.org Reporter: arees@stlukes.nsw.edu.au QA Contact: testopia@bugs.koha-community.org Created attachment 78318 --> https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/attachment.cgi?id=78318&action=edit Screenshots of reports before date change and after The late orders report allows you to track the length of time an order has been with a supplier. If you re-open a basket in acquisitions to, for example, cancel the order of an item that cannot be supplied, then the dates in the late order report reset to the day you re-opened the basket i.e. An order that is at 90 days will reset to 1 day late. This renders the late reporting facility very inaccurate and we cannot rely on this report to track our orders. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
