We use MAXTOTALSUGGESTION and NUMBEROFSUGGESTIONDAYS to allow patrons to submit only 1 suggestion every 90 days. We now realized that a few patrons have figured out that if they delete their suggestions, even if already ordered, this resets the timer and they can post another suggestion. It's also terrible for bookkeeping, because we no longer have a record of the suggestion in the staff interface.
