Go to the new 'Checkout' tab. Set "Current checkouts allowed" to 10 and Save 4. Go to the new 'Holds' tab. Set "Holds allowed (total)" to 5 and Save. 5. Look at the "Current checkouts allowed", it is set to unlimited now.
