Since I was the source of the report for this I decided to try to test it. I logged in to our test database which has v.3.01.00.032 installed on it. I used the login for the account that was experiencing problems with this last year. I was able to get to the link to batch upload a file and I was able to load a single image file to a single patron account. I do not have a batch file of images so I cannot test that part.
