For already received orders, the total should be calculated with the unitprice, not the estimated cost.
On master 3.17.00.057 HEAD "DBRev 3.17.00.057 (Koha 3.18 beta)", relating to datas in file: <http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/attachment.cgi?id=31895> I changed the actual value to 70.00 on receiving (steps [9:12]).
