implementing cache with 2+ levels (1st level being a simple hash or CHI::Driver::RawMemory for example, and 2nd level - memcache etc.)
I really like this idea, I have implemented it in the last 2 patches. I have also moved patches from bug 15970 and bug 15973 to this one (they should be pushed altogether).
