This patch added a new dependency (Exception::Class, version 1.39) - is version 1.39+ really necessary? Eq., in Debian Jessie, off-the-shelf Exception::Class is a bit older (1.38).
Upgrade attempt from 3.22.6 -> 16.05.01 (on Jessie, from packages) does not trigger installation of the more recent version (I guess it's not packaged) - looks like 1.38 will be listed as unsatisfied dependency after an upgrade?
