The idea is to provide an easy way for developer to test it in on a daily basis. We should first catch eventual issues before knowing it is ready for production.

Well, if I'm testing patches that we're looking to push to master, I wouldn't want to use KOHA_MOJO_APP. I'd want to use the same setup that Koha uses for production. But I understand the point that we'd want to run KOHA_MOJO_APP in dev before production. I just don't know when we would do that on an individual developer basis.
