As far as I can tell, suggestions simply disappear from the list in the OPAC after they've been accepted or rejected. That makes the 'status' and 'managed by' columns pretty useless. Accepted suggestions should stay on the list until the book is added, right? And rejected should stay in the list for...a while?
I agree - and by added you mean until an item is added to the collection. Either way I think the patron should also get an email if they have provided and address - otherwise they probably won't be checking their suggestions regularly. The first time I did this the accepted suggestion stayed on the list and said "accepted."
