Jonathan, your patches work quite well, but there is no way to disable all the options at once. When I deslect them all, and hit the save button, I get the "Nothing to save" message.

Not required, but it might be nice to implement something like https://code.google.com/p/dropdown-check-list/ as a fair number of people may not know about ctrl-click to select/deselect individual items.
