[Koha-bugs] create empy biblio

Hello, I'm testing Koha and I can't creat na empy biblio. I can import to the reservoir but then I can't put them in the library. I already did the marc check and it's Ok but when I try to create a new biblio using the default framework always gives error. I don't know what to do. Tank you Miguel
