[Koha-bugs] [Bug 1057] Indicate or omit lost, cancelled, and waiting items in search results

As far as the detail page, I presume it _should_ display all of the status types like moredetail.pl does. If it says 'Available' that generally refers to just the circulation status, not the 'Lost', 'Withdrawn', or 'Damaged' statuses.
