So i've removed the readonly as well. * I just added a child to my DB, and the contact name is filled correctly. Could you test again, pls & detail what you do (just in case we do things differently) * alt note has been renamed to contactnote, and, I don't know why, is missing in the template. I've reintroduced it, should reappear soon on your copy as well.
