QA tools show some skipped tests due to missing POD due to a bug in POD::Checker library, outside the scope of this bug.

I remembered the library name wrong when I told you, it is Pod::Coverage. And is probably a bad decision on our end. I think there's a way to tell it to consider internal methods.
