[Bug 12124] New: Unable to search for patrons and check materials in and out

We are unable to pull up patrons or use the "Check In" function on the search bar. We have to look up the patron accounts manually through the patron list. When we try to check out materials within the patron account in the Check out Box it automatically jumps to the Catalog Search feature.
