[Bug 35765] New: No permissions to create Public Lists

The only permissions that currently exist for staff are delete and edit. Delete public lists (delete_public_lists) Edit public lists contents (edit_public_list_contents) Edit public lists (Name, settings, and permissions, but not explicitly contents) (edit_public_lists) It would be beneficial to add a permission to "create public lists" ensure that staff just can't create unnecessary visible public lists. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. As of our 24.11.02 Koha I am seeing new permissions available for Create public lists (create_public_lists) and Use public lists (use_public_lists), although they are not mentioned in the Koha manual. In digging through bugs I think these come from recent work on bug 13888. Can our bug here be closed? I'm confused about this bug... It looks to me like a "Create public lists" permission has existed since at least Bug 14391.
I just glanced at Bug 14391 and couldn't see anything there, but didn't have a thorough look. It looks like this bug is a duplicate of bug 13888 which added create_public_lists in 24.11.00.
