Test plan ========= 1. In a fresh ktd instance set OnSiteCheckouts systempreferece to 'Enable'. 2. Make an onsite checkout (mind the advanced checkout options icon) of any item to any patron from your lilbrary. 3. From Reports > Statistics wizards > Circulation check the issue statistics (Checkout, Local use) for the current day. 4. Note that you are unable to see the checkuot in the statistics. 5. Apply the patch; restart all. 6.
