I suggest the following instead: DUEDGST Dear <<borrowers.firstname>> <<borrowers.surname>>, You have <<count>> items due: <<items.content>> PREDUEDGST Dear <<borrowers.firstname>> <<borrowers.surname>>, You have <<count>> items due soon: <<items.content>> -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
