In the 5-th row of the search table the fields "Raw (any)" and "Standard ID" are shown. On the contrary, on /cgi-bin/koha/acqui/z3950_search.pl, in the "Order from external source" form the search fields "Raw (any)" and "Standard ID" are not shown.
