Everything works fine until I try to add a new record. After filling in the fields and clicking "Save," I get a 500 error on the screen. Problem Details: The error occurs only when adding a record. The Koha interface remains accessible without any issues. I followed all installation steps up to the Koha Web Installer. Take a look at https://koha-community.org/support/ and try out one of those options. It does sound pretty weird. There should be more information in your Apache/Plack logs which you can provide in one of the support channels. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
