Benefits: - formula => empty enforced (prevents formula injection) - binary => 1 always set (UTF-8 safe) - CSVDelimiter system preference used consistently - Removes Text::CSV::Encoded dependency - Removes explicit \n handling (eol handled by Koha::CSV) Test plan: 1. Apply patches (depends on bug 41620) 2. Go to Tools > Log viewer 3. Search for some actions and export as CSV => SUCCESS: CSV generated with correct data 4.
