[Bug 12489] New: Ajax checkout table: no "loading..." popup

Not sure if this is still valid. On my test system the Processing message is displayed right in the middle of the checkouts table, as it should be.

On member/moremember.pl with "Always show checkouts immediately" set, a message "Loading" appears while loading the table. (I had first to zoom the browser window to make the the checkouts table visible while loading the page. With zoom set to normal, I had to scroll down to the checkouts table, and meanwhile it was loaded.)
