Test plan: 0. Don't apply the patch yet 1. Go to Administration and type "electronic" into "Search system preferences" and search 2. Note you get the message "No system preferences matched your search for: electronic" 3. Apply the patch 4. Search for "electronic" in the system preferences again 5.
