For us, a hard due date for the branch would be MUCH more useful. It would also fit nicely on the Circulation and Fine Rules page, with the other default rules by branch. For example, our schools have a hard due date at the end of every school year. Right now, I have to change each and every circulation rule for that branch to the next year.
