After applying an item template, the anchor is not used so one must scroll to get back down to the form which is cumbersome on records with many items. To replicate: 1.) Click New > New Item from an existing record -- the page loads at the top of the form 2.) Create an item template by filling in a field and clicking 'Save as template' at the bottom 3.)
