Go to a record and select a patron account to place holds. 2. Double-click the place hold button for a bib-level hold. 3. See patron account has two holds. 4. Look at action logs (if on) and see holds have same hold-created timestamp and same starting priority, indicating the requests went through simultaneously, though they will sort into n and n+1 on the patron record.
