From what we can tell this would allow us to create a CSV profile that will download a bibliographic record. Our intent is to download a list containing a title, author, and call number, in other words an item oriented list rather than a bibliographic list. I filed bug #30557 explaining the need for an item list. In a multi-branch installation, individual libraries view and use lists as an item list even though they are not. It would be nice to be able to either print or download an item list as a spreadsheet. For multi-branch installations it would be nice to limit the list to a specific library. That said, we are definitely interested in pursuing it if anyone has any ideas. The way I see this is almost like making "lists" an extension of the search function. You could use facets to limit the list, then print or export the items that remain. Staff use lists to identify materials for displays or projects and extending them so you could at least see the items attached would be helpful.
