Steps: -Create a circulation rule with "Cap fine at replacement price" selected, or edit an existing rule to select it. -Save the new (or edited) rule. -Edit the same rule again to change any other field. Note that "Cap fine at replacement price" is not selected in the editing line. -Save your edited rule - "Cap fine at replacement price" will now save as un-checked. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
