But that doesn't trigger at suggestion creation. To recreate: - create a notice with code ASKED - create a suggestion, see that it starts at status ASKED but no notice is created - edit your suggestion to a different status - edit your suggestion back to ASKED - confirm a notice is created to your patron It seems easy to get this automatic email-only notice to generate at suggestion creation when an ASKED notice exists.
