Hi Ruth, have you any custom CSS or JS in the OPACUser* system preferences maybe? Try to empty those out first to see if it makes any difference.
Hi Katrin. We reviewed all the CS and JS we added in system preferences and html customizations and conduct test by removing these but unfortunately there were no changes to the drop down features. We did notice that some of out earlier customizations moved from the default tab to English(en) tab. You're on 23.05? Using the default English templates? Have you tested in more than one browser?

Hello The issue has been resolved so we added a dropdown code in our html customizations that was using the same class name declared in in koha for the list dropdown.
