The option would be labeled Print Holds List slip. On the slip would be displayed the user's first initial last name and last four of their library card number (all of this should be modifiable through the notices Notices & slips tool/template toolkit). We have a number of users who have requested this feature. Currently the only option that comes close to this is the print account summary and this uses a lot of paper for just getting a list of holds and does not give all the information our users require. Our users plan to use the holds list slip to keep track of what they have requested also use it to check against what they currently have on the hold shelf so they do not missing anything.
