[Bug 40760] New: 'Edit' link in item receive table is not formatted as link

To test: * Create a basket with items 'on order' * Add an order line with 2+ items * Close basket * Receive shipment for the same vendor * Click on "receive" link * Verify the "Edit" in the items table on the left is not formatted as a link -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
