I was thinking more so for vendors to provide a certain "configuration" to all their instances at install time, but doing some profiles by library type could be interesting too. Here's how I see it could work: 1. Onboarding tool prompts user to create a superlibrarian patron 2. Click 'Submit' 3. Onboarding tool prompts user to create patron and define which permissions to enable 4. Click 'Submit' and go through the rest of the onboarding steps 5.
