Here's how I see it could work: 1. Onboarding tool prompts user to create a superlibrarian patron 2. Click 'Submit' 3. Onboarding tool prompts user to create patron and define which permissions to enable 4. Click 'Submit' and go through the rest of the onboarding steps 5.
