Not able to reproduce this in the master branch...

I can't replicate the issue on master nor 22.11.03. I filled out all the required fields and it saves correctly. I am setting this WORKSFORME. If you need to reopen, please try to provide more information: * What is your exact Koha version? * What do you do to trigger the error?
