I have a problem with all batch process, which is sending to the job queue. After starting of modification process, I have a message: The job has been enqueued! It will be processed as soon as possible. View detail of the enqueued job | New batch record deletion. When I go to detail, I have: Details of job #3936 Job ID:3936 Status:Failed Progress:0 / 1 Type:Batch item record modification Queued:23/08/2024 12:45Started: Ended: Report No items modified. In general the job processing should be working ok in the various versions. Make sure you always include the Koha version you are using with all the number (all 3 parts, like 22.11.20). Also, this reads more like a support request, better suited for the mailing list or our Mattermost chat. In general the job processing should be working ok in the various versions. Make sure you always include the Koha version you are using with all the number (all 3 parts, like 22.11.20).
For a first idea: Try restarting koha-common, as this should also restart the processes needed for processing the background jobs.
I'm sorry for the mistake with positioning… Maybe you will give me a link where I can find support with my problem? Issue appears after update to 23.05.06 version. Restart koha-common give nothing, background jobs are in processes and take all CPU using time.
