Test plan 1. Navigate to Tools → Batch patron modification (/cgi-bin/koha/tools/modborrowers.pl). 2. Enter one or more borrower numbers or card numbers in the input box and proceed. 3. Verify that the Preferred Name, Middle Name, and Other Name fields are not displayed. 4. Apply the patch. 5. Refresh the page and repeat step 2. 6. Verify that the Preferred Name, Middle Name, and Other Name fields are now available in the batch modification form. 7. Enter values for one or more of these fields and save the changes. 8.
