With Bug 16572 + new perl dependency DBIx::RunSQL we can install where we used to, not systems with MySQL 5.7.

To add support for mysql 5.7 we need Bug 16573 + another one to fix i18n installer files. I can write it, but we need someone to test, and that in case this kind of fix is considered valid.
